QA Analyst- Release Management

Title: QA Analyst- Release Management Location: Washington, DC Duration: 6+ Months Responsibilities: u2022Coordinate builds and testing of releases u2022Coordinate the scheduling and roll out of releases u2022Provide communication and information, including relevant release documentation, as required. u2022Ensure appropriate checkpoints are met and coordinate release sign off. u2022Coordinate the implementation of the release u2022Complete post implementation reviews u2022Maintain quality checks on releases and record those that directly or indirectly cause support Incidents Overall, we are looking to onboard a candidates with solid Release Management experience, with great analytical skill as well as a keen eye for quality Requirement u2022Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills u2022Must have hands on experience with a TPF system u2022Must be well versed in Schedule Management u2022Capable to deliver a comprehensive assessment of current state of project's release statuses u2022Previous exposure to ITIL release, service management and/or project management. u2022Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle work pressures to successfully deliver releases. u2022Experience of working across different business areas, demonstrating customer focus and good corporate awareness. u2022Service Now experience extremely desirable u2022Involvement in design and implementation of policy, process and procedure u2022Demonstrable ability of being able to communicate across departments at all levels and with senior management, including directors.
