Must have experience in FileNet eProcess. Responsibilities: This position will develop and/or maintain system documentation including business requirements, training plans, test plans, quality assurance and contingency operations plans, and reports. This individual will be expected to provide expertise and hands-on participation in the following activities: u2022 Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct JAD sessions or group meetings, review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts. u2022 Analyze and document business processes (both u2018as isu2019 and u2018to beu2019 processes) utilizing business process mapping tools to effectively document the processes for the customer. u2022 Develop or maintain system requirements in detailed, clear and well organized functional documents (business requirements documents, business or system use cases, reports) and/or process flow diagrams u2022 Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases. Develop and revise, as required, training or user acceptance testing plans. u2022 Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests. Coordinate user acceptance testing.by tracking and managing end user testing efforts u2022 Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required. u2022 Development or revision of existing user guides, quick reference guides and/or other help files for the end user community Required Skills: + 3 years experience in IBM FileNet eProcess (Business Process Manager) and developing workflows. + 3 years experience writing and developing Java FileNet Application Program Interface (API). + 3 years experience working directly with customers or business analyst to identify their business processes, rules, and application user requirements. + 3 years experience in Web technologies, including J2EE Application Servers (specifically WebSphere), + 3 years experience in Web services, including Java/JavaScript. + 3 years experience deploying Enterprise Content Management P8 applications in N-Tier environment. + 1 year experience in IBM Content Navigator + 2 years experience with developing, deploying and supporting IBM Datacap applications. + Bacheloru2019s Degree or higher.
