Coordinates customer service activities by establishing, maintaining, promoting, and enhancing the organization's telecommunications services. Qualifies new customers by checking location and credit, and offering products and services for the best customer experience. Conducts sales and upgrade activities. Troubleshoots and submits trouble tickets. Forms relationships with customers to build trust and provide customized solutions., Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner. Processes service orders and assists with customer training sessions and community events. Beneficial skills and experience include computer and telephone skills, exceptional communication, and customer service background. Spanish skills are preferred; however, not required.
