Our client, a well-established company specializing in expert dryer vent, mini-split, and HVAC duct cleaning services, for residential and commercial properties, is hiring a, Field Operations Technician. Position Overview This role starts as a hands-on technician, position with the opportunity to grow into a multiple-crew management, role. No prior vent cleaning experience is required”just a strong work ethic and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn the trade. Responsibilities ¢Travel to residential and commercial locations within the service areas to perform vent and duct cleaning.¢, Operate company-provided equipment and van to complete jobs efficiently and safely.¢ Learn and implement best practices for dryer vent, air duct, and mini-split cleaning.¢ Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services to existing clients.¢ Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.¢ Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service.¢ Work independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs.¢ Troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical and technical issues in the field.¢ Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions.¢ Over time, take on leadership responsibilities, including overseeing and managing work crews. Requirements ¢ Hands-on, hardworking, resourceful, and eager to learn with aspirations to manage a team.¢ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.¢ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces, etc.).¢ Comfortable with frequent travel within designated service areas.¢ Valid driver™s license with a clean driving record (company van provided).¢ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.¢ Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently with minimal supervision.¢ Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.¢ Previous experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
