Position Summary... This will involve escalations from support, automation of workflows, scripting, Intune administration, Jamf administration, 3rd party software configuration and working side by side with the security and network teams to bring the best user experience to the user community. In this role we are looking for Windows 10 and 11 experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Intune, MacOS devices, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of workstation standards, build and design new software packages for self-service portals.
