Whilefast paced, we do provide you with therules and directionand surround you with a teamthat will help ensure you are successful.If this sounds interesting, we have a position for you!Standard Work Hours:2nd shift M-Th 3pm-1amCompensationHourly Rate:$41.41 to $44.20, commensurate with experience and qualificationsSign-On Bonus:$10,000 upon successful hiringShift Differential:$3.25 an hourThis competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.Must perform basic mechanical repairs.Must be able to perform the work of the lower-class identifications.May direct the work of others in the lower classifications.Must dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures.Must install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.Must mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.Do repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader.What You Need To Succeed:Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years work experience required.Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.Our jobs require:Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bendingPassing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 poundsPassing a pre-employment drug screen and background checkBenefits as an Alliance employee include:Stable and growing work environment!Annual social events throughout the year for all employees and their familiesPaid vacation in your first yearTuition ReimbursementAnnual Perfect Attendance AwardsSafety Recognition ProgramMedical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement AccountDental and Vision Plans401k Plan11 Company Paid HolidaysCompany paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additionalCompany paid Long Term Disability (LTD)Annual wage increasesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
