Our team works tirelessly to uncover the academic, social, and emotional potential of students held back by emotional and behavioral struggles. We incorporate Relational DBT into every aspect of our program, ensuring that our therapists and staff are trained to help students practice these skills continually.Walking students through their day-to-day activities.Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each client's treatment plan.Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment teamConsistent and thorough documentation and reportingCrisis prevention and managementMaintaining a safe environment for clientsParticipate in staff bonding and house bonding activitiesDaily light housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning up/putting things away, dishes, etc.Enforcing a positive environment and being a role modelContribute to meal preparation while promoting healthy eating habits.Attend and engage in group sessions with clients, fostering a sense of community.Uphold professional boundaries while building trust and rapport.High School Diploma or Equivalent21 years old or olderCurrent driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships.Ability to set and teach positive valuesAbility to perform CPR and First-Aid.Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative studentSkill in de-escalating agitated students.Ability to pass a Utah State background checkMust be willing to make an 8-month minimum commitmentWilling to get Food Handlers Permit before first day of workPersonalized growth plan with Mastery Program courses.Potential for Medical, dental, and vision insurance with generous contributions.401K with company matching and paid parental leave.Potential for paid holidays and PTO accrual.Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
