Postdoctoral Scholar - Research AssociateApply ( Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles, California The USC Mark and Mary Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute and Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (INI,are world leaders in the development of advanced computational and scientific approaches for the comprehensive mapping of brain structure and function. LONIu2019s unique multidisciplinary environment and cutting edge resources allow for integration of clinical, psychological and genotypic information with neuroimaging phenotypes for research questions in neurology, psychiatry and developmental neurobiology. Through the Laboratory of FMRI Technology (LOFT) and Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) at the Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute at USC, the postdoctoral fellow will have access to the ideal environment for neuroimaging research. The Center of Image Acquisition ( ) houses a state-of-the-art 3T Prisma and 7T Terra MR scanners for human brain imaging. We are looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar - Research Associate in advanced MRI neuroimaging research is available at the Laboratory of FMRI Technology (LOFTat the Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute of USC ( ). They will be responsible for applying advanced MR arterial spin labeled (ASL) perfusion for laminar functional MRI at 7 Tesla with clinical applications in neurodevelopment, cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and neuromodulation The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Physics, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Neuroscience or related fields. Prior research experience (publications and programming skills) in medical imaging is encouraged and a definite plus. The annual base salary range for this position is $62,400.00 - $70,000.
