We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Maintenance Logistics Specialist & Supply Room Coordinator to join our Coudersport, PA facility. This is a key support role within our maintenance team, ensuring the right parts and supplies are available when needed, tracking budgets and inventory, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.Maintain and monitor maintenance inventory, including spare parts, supplies, and toolingProcess purchase orders, source components, and negotiate pricing in coordination with PurchasingTrack maintenance-related spend and inventory value vs budgetEnsure spare parts are available and linked to the appropriate work orders in the CMMSCoordinate with external contractors, schedule site visits, and verify compliance with safety standardsMaintain supplier records, manuals, and ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-dateSupport maintenance planning meetings and participate in site-wide 6S and safety activitiesProvide custodial direction where neededHigh school diploma or equivalent3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (desired)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent time management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetUS person status as defined by 22CFR120.15 (required)Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer Ind-1
