This role can be located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Provides administrative support for underwriting and documentation staff and conducts credit analysis for customized, structured loans. Works with clients and support staff to ensure that all documents collected are complete and accurate, and proper compliance measures are followed regarding the contents and storage of the documents. Assists with distributing work to support and process improvement. Ensures that controls are in place for the review of documents submitted by internal and external clients and that storage systems are up to date. Reviews and input system information to ensure data accuracy. Handles collateral monitoring and tracking. Proactively manages assessment of electronic and physical storage systems. Assist underwriters to facilitate loans moving through the system. Distributes work to support level staff and ensures high quality of work. Assists in managing pipeline for new loans. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external clients. May be responsible for allocating and checking work of support team members. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-2years of total work experience preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
