Job Title: Metal Tube End Forming OperatorLocation: Neillsville, WisconsinShift: 1st shift Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday is OT)We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Tube End Forming Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate end forming machines to shape and finish metal tubing to precise specifications. Takes a bent tube and slots it, trim cut, flatten, single bead, double bead, expand, flare, drill hole's and grinds or deburrs it to ensure product is made to customers specifications.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!Set up and operate end forming machinery (e.g., ram, trim, flatten, bead, expand, flare, drill holes, grind, deburr, etc..)Read and interpret work orders and blueprintsInspect parts to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and keep a clean work areaBenefits we offer!Competitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany Paid: Basic Life, Short and Long Term Disability401(k) with company matchHigh school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitude and good attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
