The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $136,305.00 to $233,666.40. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.The Director, Business Banking and Consumer Lending is responsible for the generation of new business banking relationships, servicing of assigned existing business clients as well as managing the Business Banking, SBA and Consumer Lending and their respective staff to ensure workload coordination and timely delivery of completed loan packages.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)10 years experience in progressive roles in lending in a combination of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, loan renewals, past dues, loan approval authority and sales5 years direct experience with SBA Lending3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership positionProficient in LaserProKnowledge of credit and underwritingProficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel and OutlookKnowledge of banking products and servicesAbility to use related lending systemsPreferences:Formal credit trainingNextGen Platform experienceDon't meet all the requirements?
