Our classes focus on fun, personal growth, and positive experiences”not competition.Position Details:FLSA Status: Non-exempt (hourly), part-timePay Scale: $18.00-$20.00+ per hour, based on experienceGrowth Opportunities Available!Work Schedule: Flexible, based on class schedules (afternoons/evenings/weekends)Paid Training Provided: Includes online coursework and hands-on instructionState of California Compliance: This position complies with CA wage and labor laws, including paid sick leave and meal/rest breaks. Employment is at will and may be terminated by either party at any timeWhat We™re Looking For:í¢œ Passion for working with kids and creating a positive, fun experienceí¢œ Ability to exercise good judgment, flexibility, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needsRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderMust complete necessary online and on-site trainingMust pass local and federal background checks (FCRA-compliant) to work with childrenPhysical, Visual, and Auditory Requirements:Ability to kneel, stand, walk, sit, lift/spot children (min. 25 lbs.), stoop, pull, move gymnastics equipment, and set up stations. Must have clear vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills to supervise students and ensure safety at all time
