Sound like your vibe?🚀 What You’ll Do as Shop ManagerAs a Shop Manager, you’re the heart and soul of your Drybar location. You’ll lead with confidence, coach with kindness, and keep the shop running like a well-oiled (and perfectly styled) machine.You’ll:Guide and inspire the shop’s leadership team, Stylists, and Front Desk (aka Bartenders)Live and lead by our Core Values—we call them our Heart & SoulRecruit, hire, and retain amazing talent, from Stylists to Front Desk rockstarsBuild strong relationships—with your team, your clients, and your local communityDeliver exceptional customer experiences every single timeManage scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and all the nuts and bolts of daily operationsCoach your team with thoughtful feedback and development plansDrive revenue and keep an eye on the shop’s financial health (P&L mastery, anyone?)Take charge of inventory, minimize shrink, and keep the shop fully stocked and fabulousAddress employee and guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and careExecute marketing and HR strategies while keeping the shop on-brand and on-point👑 What We’re Looking For2+ years of proven management experienceExperience overseeing teams of 15+ peopleBackground in a fast-paced service environment (retail, restaurant, or salon a big plus!)Passion for amazing customer service and strong people skillsConfidence in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teamsFamiliarity with inventory management and staff schedulingAbility to analyze and act on shop financialsCosmetology license or salon experience?
