Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our technology operations. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying large volumes of technical and service-related data across various internal systems. Youu2019ll play a vital part in keeping client records, service logs, and system documentation accurate and up-to-date.DutiesAccurately enter customer information, service tickets, technical logs, and inventory data into internal databases or CRM systems.Review and verify information for completeness, clarity, and consistency.Maintain up-to-date digital records of service requests, device serial numbers, licensing details, and user credentials.Assist in transferring data between platforms during software migrations or system upgrades.Generate and update spreadsheets, reports, and client dashboards.Flag discrepancies, missing data, or duplicate entries for correction.Work closely with technicians, project managers, and support teams to ensure data accuracy.ExperiencePrior experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative roles is preferred.High typing speed (50+ WPM) with strong accuracy.Proficient with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets); experience with CRMs or helpdesk platforms (like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and fortable working independently or as part of a team in a tech-driven environment.If you're organized, tech-friendly, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly, this role is a great entry point into the tech industry.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
