The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis. + One year nursing experience (preferably within Mobile Unit) + Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin + CPR certification or be eligible to complete within three months of hire Preferred + BSN + EPIC Super User or demonstrated EPIC proficiency + Critical Care experience + Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach + Effective communication skills + Ultrasound PIV insertion training or at minimum, basic PIV insertion skills + National certification, if available, in specialty area Must be available for Nursing Orientation during the day shift the first 2 weeks of employment.
