We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.Collaborates with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and feesManages the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permittingReviews project details to proactively manage riskEvaluates observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation siteDevelops relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractorsOther duties as assignedBachelor's degree in civil engineeringProfessional engineer registration (PE/EIT) in TX2+ years of experience in water resourcesExperience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferredKnowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trendsDetailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, taking into account time, cost and resourcesAn effective communicator with all levels of employeesPossess strategic and effective delegation skillsKnowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulationsMust be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plansBenefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
