Digital Content Management Specialist

For the Digital Content Management Specialist role, we are seeking a highly motivated team player to lead the coordination, publishing, and governance of brand, product, editorial, and promotional content across our suite of global websites, social media platforms, and our global intranet. This role will include heavy collaboration with various Marketing teams to ensure that digital content is published in a timely, accurate manner, and is consistent with established visual and written styles. The role will include heavy use of our web-based content management systems (AEM, Sprinklr, Simpplr) to publish content to existing sites and pages, and also to create new sections and landing pages to meet business objectives. Regular measurement, governance, and constant curation of digital content are critical tasks associated with this role. Prepare, publish, maintain digital content across global websites, social media platforms and intranetAssist with digital content development, packaging to effectively position our brand, products, SMEsCreate campaign-focused landing pages to support Channel Marketing strategiesUtilize social media publishing platform to manage “On Behalf Of” publishing for sales teamsEnsure all web content, social and search campaigns have proper tracking and attribution in placeUtilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr to regularly report on content engagementContinuously identify optimization opportunities; strive to always increase content engagementLead quarterly content review, curation sessions to ensure content is timely, aligned, compliantWork directly with SEO team to ensure digital content is highly searchable, findableResearch, begin to integrate AI tools into content publishing, curation, measurement processesWork closely with website product owners to document, improve web CMS UI, functionalityPartner with Legal, Compliance teams to ensure all content has been properly reviewed, approved 3-5 years of relevant work experienceProactive, collaborative team player - ability to collaborate effectively across full organizationProficient with web CMS applications - preferably Adobe AEMProficient with social media publishing platforms - preferably Sprinklr or HootsuiteProficient with project management tools - preferably Monday.comExperience with basic AI tools including Co-Pilot and Chat GPTExperience with digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GTMExperience creating content curation, governance strategies and processesStrong written communication skillsStrong project planning and execution skillsExceptional attention to detailOutstanding judgement, problem-solving abilitiesStrong desire to learn and grow industry knowledgeTeam player willing to accept and give constructive feedbackLord Abbett is a leading global independent, privately held investment management company.
