As a CBRE Sr Application Analyst, you will be responsible for administering various business applications globally. The person in this role will be responsible for designing and maintaining user access configurations, conducting access and change management controls, collaborating with auditors, and ensuring compliance of the systems with information security standards and regulatory requirements. This role is part of a global Business Applications team responsible for working with end users, internal IT teams, and vendors to implement new, and enhance and maintain current systems. What Youu2019ll Do: + Develop and maintain security configurations for business applications, including user roles, SSO/MFA, and other access-related settings. + Assess and implement information security measures for new applications and data interfaces. + Conduct quarterly user access reviews and annual reviews of user roles. + Perform other controls as required. + Work with internal and external auditors to provide evidence of controls and configurations. + Ensure compliance with corporate and global information security frameworks and regulations. + Collaborate with the broader team and end users to create new user groups, menus, and access security measures. + Document setups and processes. + Work with the corporate IT team to ensure applications comply with information security requirements. + Analyze security aspects of new, and changes to existing applications and data interfaces between internal and external systems. + Ensure change management controls are appropriately documented and followed. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' relevant experience required. + Strong familiarity with cybersecurity concepts around access management and change management. + Ideally have working experience with Yardi Voyager, Workiva, Anaplan, Kyriba. + Relevant experience in digital security and information security, ideally with the applications in scope. + Understanding of global information security frameworks and regulations (ISO, SOC/SOX, SWIFT, DORA). + Excellent organizational skills and ability to document processes thoroughly. + Collaborative and open to learning. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Logical thinking and clear communication skills in English. + Experience working in a multicultural team environment. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
