Please review our website for more in-depth information on us.Job Title: Master Plumber (ECM)Job Summary: ECM Holding Company has an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Technical Proposal Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and should be a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to help us secure new business opportunities through compelling and well-crafted proposals. This role requires excellent written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of the sales process.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate, install and inspect plumbing equipment including, but not limited to, faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, drinking fountains, domestic water heaters and boilers, backflow devices, and valves.Oversee and give constant correction and trainings to those staff, and their work, assigned to you during a projectInstall underground sanitary, drainage, and water supply piping systemsConduct the layout, assembly, and installation of pipe fixtures for water systemsCut pipes and transport to project locations where they are requiredMeasure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes to required angles using measurement toolsUtilize hand tools in fitting of valves, couplings and components for tanks, pumps or other plumbing systemDig trenchesinstall pipes and piping fixtures for water or sewage systemsImmerse pipes in chemical solutions such as bleach and dispersants to remove oil, dirt, and scaleMount hangers and brackets on walls to provide support for pipesEnsure compliance with building codes and set safety standardsPerform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.Liaise with contractors, and other construction workers to ensure an effective plumbing system.Other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentValid driver's license.Master Plumbing LicenseMinimum five years of verifiable plumbing experience working in plumbing service remodel field.Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.Ability to write service reports.Ability to effectively present information to supervisors andor customer.Knowledge of plumbing systems.Basic mathematical abilities in all units of measurePhysical Demands:Lifting frequently.
