Ranked as a top PMCM firm by Engineering News-Record (ENR) for more than three decades, our award-winning team provides a full range of services to public and private sector clients in the aviation; healthcare; education (K-12 and higher); justice and essential services; science and technology; state and local government; transportation; water and wastewater; energy; and commercial, residential and nonprofit markets.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead our efforts in accordance with the large healthcare project policies and proceduresDevelop an implementation plan and master schedule that reflects the priorities of the projectManages relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project teams and to develop additional work opportunities.Authorizes set-up and manages to completion contractual responsibilities for all assigned projects.Responsible for timely completion of all Program and Project deliverables required by the clientFinancial reporting to the client and the bond oversight committeeDevelop and review contract documentsReport and collaborate with client’s senior management team (SMT) and staff on all project mattersEnsure develop and implement a project quality management system is followedEnsure document and report all program/project data accurately and in a timely mannerManage project controls, cost, schedule, performance activities, and procedures required by the clientTrack all project level status and provide management reports relative to scheduling, cost control, staffing and other related contract requirementsCreate and present program and project data clearly to multiple internal and external stakeholder groupsIdentify risk and create risk mitigation plans successfullyDevelop recommended actions and assist in resolving disputes relative to design and constructionProvide management of program logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilizationPerform other related duties as assigned to ensure program and project successEnsure contractor, architect, and engineer will adhere to contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipmentManages relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project teams and to develop additional work opportunities.Supervises the work of others and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching,feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing teamResponsible for ensuring fiscal year plan objectives are tracked, and reported related to revenue, budget and contribution goalsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is requiredIdeal candidates will possess 15+ years of experience providing project / program management services.Previous Experience managing large Healthcare projects is requiredExperience in managing the full construction of Healthcare construction project life-cycle: including pre-construction, design phases, and oversight of constructability reviews is requiredKnowledge and application of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices are requiredSrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project related scheduling systems such as MS Project or Primavera are requiredExperience running and participating on a significant Design Build projectExcellent interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills. (Required)Experience Preparing and presenting to various diverse audiences (Required)Experience in maximizing the benefits of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferredExperience in application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is preferredExperience in alternative project delivery methods including Progressive Design-Build is preferredActive Member in industry organizations such as CMAA, DBIA, APWA, AHSHE etc preferredRegistration as Architect or Professional Engineer license is preferredDBIA Certification is preferredPMP certification preferredOffered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
