May supervise office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, assistant project/construction managers, and other assigned staff.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary contact and liaison for owner and principal partner entities for the contract, design, systems, procedures and related deliverablesDevelops project specific procedures and documentation, and may consult with Owner on design and construction contracts and related A/E systems for the projectFunctional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirementsObtains, maintains, and manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entitiesRepresents owner, project and related parties in public forums and meetingsManages project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeoutLeads in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statusesMay coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entitiesManages bid phase services, as may be required by the clientPerforms other duties as required to run a project from inception to completion.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent is preferred (Extensive relevant project management experience in place of education may be considered)Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager is requiredExperience with mid-size MEP projects, including storm drain management is requiredKnowledge and application of master planning, A/E solicitation, project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts and delivery methods are requiredStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products is requiredExperience with project-related systems such as Prolog and Primavera is preferredProficiency with various document control systems, as well as new construction and modernization projectsRegistration as an Architect or Professional Engineer is preferredPMP certification is preferredCertified Construction Manager is preferredOffered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
