Sentara Mobile Care- Halifax/Danville in South Boston, VA is looking to hire a Medical van Bus DriverThe Medical van Bus Driver provides RV transportation and clinical/ clerical support for RV staff and clients in the non-emergency settings. An applicant or potential driving employee must have at least 2 years of documented, unsupervised driving experience. This time must be continuous and immediately precede consideration for employment. The driving must have taken place in the United States or its possessions or territories, or in U. S. military installations worldwide. Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC)must be completed within 30days.Education:High School diplomaCertifications:Must have one of the following Certifications:Certified Medical AssistantRegistered Medical Assistant Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Certified EMT (EMT-B)BLS within 90 days of hire dateValid Driver's license requiredExperience:Prior Bus driving experience preferred.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$17.31 - $28.85. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
