This role will ensure all mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate at optimal efficiency to meet our high-speed production and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment (e.g., casting systems, rolling mills, cooling systems)Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsUse computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to log work orders and analyze root causesInterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for repair or upgradesCollaborate cross-functionally with production and quality teams to minimize downtimeSupport installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgradesEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards, ISO9001:2015 protocols, and environmental proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing to lean initiatives and process upgradesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification, military training or associate’s degree preferred3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing setting, or military trainingStrong understanding of electromechanical systemsPLC troubleshooting(prefered)Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in elevated areasExcellent analytical thinking and a team-oriented mindsetBenefitsInnovative and automated operationsA collaborative and highly trained workforce committed to continuous improvementCompetitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunitiesA mission-driven company that values environmental responsibility and customer excellence
