Position Summary The basic function is to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair to financial/ATM equipment, pneumatic banking systems, bank locks, mechanical systems as well as CCTV and access control systems while working under close supervision of a more senior technician or supervisor. Essential Functions u2022 Assist the Banking / ATM Installation Technician I with the on the following: o Installation of Financial / ATM equipment and other electro-mechanical equipment at various locations within the assigned territory o Installation of pneumatic banking systems, various locks, and mechanical systems u2022 Attend training classes, when offered u2022 Must be able to work the hours of service for start and completion of ATM service calls. u2022 Must be able to work an u201con callu201d schedule. u2022 Must be able to operate outside in a safe manner and in all weather conditions. u2022 Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks. u2022 Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner. u2022 Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned. Required Competencies u2022 Have a strong work ethic and be detail oriented. u2022 Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English. u2022 Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English. Qualifications - External Education, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements u2022 Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States. u2022 Must have a valid driveru2019s license. u2022 Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Certification/Licensing u2022 Must have low voltage Journeymanu2019s license. Physical Requirements While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to undertake certain physical requirements unassisted for up to 8 hours per day. u2022 Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. u2022 Use vision abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color. u2022 Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances, such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc. u2022 Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs. u2022 Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with u201con-callu201d availability. u2022 Must be able to travel on short notice. u2022 Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods of time.
