Philips Clinical Applications and Device (CA&D) Clinical Solutions Advisor, Fetal Monitoring and Medical Consumables u2013 West Zone CA&D Clinical Solutions Advisor serves as the key ambassador of the Philips CA&D (Clinical Applications and Devices) business, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction with our products. This role requires an exceptional understanding of product functionality and the ability to articulate how these products drive improved clinical outcomes and workflow efficiencies. Your role: + Product Expertise: You will develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including their features, functionality, and how they integrate into healthcare workflows. This will focus on Philips Beltless Solution, Avalon Fetal Monitors, IntelliSpace Perinatal solutions, Alar (low perfusion SPO2 patients), ECG, NIBP Cuffs and SPO2. + Customer Education: You will deliver comprehensive clinical education to customers, ensuring they are well-versed in the product's capabilities, usage, and benefits. Tailor education sessions to address specific needs and challenges of individual customers. + Customer Relationship Management: You will maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, being a point of contact for their clinical support needs. You will proactively follow up to ensure customer adoption and address any concerns. + Customer Engagement: You will interact directly with customers to offer support and address inquiries. Provide remote or onsite assistance, guiding clinicians through procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal product usage. The Clinical support will also drive whole house conversion support onsite ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. + Workflow Optimization: You will collaborate with customers to analyze their existing workflows and suggest ways in which the company's products can enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide recommendations and guidance on integrating products seamlessly into their clinical processes. + Utilization Enhancement: You will work closely with customers to drive greater utilization of our reusable, disposable, and single-patient-use products. Show customers how these products can streamline processes, improve patient care, and increase overall productivity. Formulate clinical strategies that drive expansion of our market share and contribute to the growth of our business. You're the right fit if: + Youu2019ve acquired a minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Clinical Education or equivalent. + Your skills include strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare workflows; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clinicians and customers effectively; Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide creative solutions. + You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, both remotely and onsite; proficiency in utilizing digital tools and software for remote support and communication; and familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines. This region consists of the following states: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MT, WY, CO, NM, ID, UT, AZ, WA, OR, NV, CA. + You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, Business Administration or equivalent. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $134,000 to $158,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
