Job Title: AccountantLocation: Salem, ORJob Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Fully OnsiteCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000 a year DOEExciting opportunity available for an Accountant position LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Salem, OR which is actively seeking an Accountant to join their team on a direct hire basis. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and assisting with financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes.Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist with month-end closing processes Prepare financial statements and reports Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances Ensure compliance with accounting regulationsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required 5+ years of GL accounting and payroll experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Benefits vary depending on employerBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
