Fee for Service Clinician (LCSW / LICSW / LMHC)

As a Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide evidence-based practices and outpatient therapeutic interventions to adults and youth experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders and/or behavioral health concerns. Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician enjoy an increased level of flexibility in number of hours worked and timing of when each service is performed.The Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician will also:Provide direct therapeutic interventions and support services, in-person and by telehealth, to clientsConduct intake evaluations and on-going assessments to develop treatment plans and determine appropriate interventions to a caseload of clientsEnsure recordkeeping/documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements and regulations.Coordinate treatment and care with other providers as neededWork as liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sourcesCommunicate and network with community providers and collaterals to increase access to care/promote ambulatory careProvide services to children, adults, families, and/or groupsProvide after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other program staffPerform other duties as assignedAbout the model: Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services provides adult and youth with onsite and community-based outpatient behavioral health therapy, mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and psychopharmacology including medication-assisted treatments.
