The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical oversight of Community Behavioral Health Centers, Clinic, and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct weekly clinical supervision, ensure that clinical documentation meets all standards, onboard and train new clinical staff, and assist in the professional development of the clinical team.The Clinical Supervisor will also:Participate in regular Quality Improvement and Utilization Review activities consistent with the Behavioral Health Division's policies and practices.Collaborate with the MCI and CCS CBHC teams by participating in clinical huddles, treatment planning, referrals, case reviews and other mechanisms to ensure care is coordinated.Communicate and network with community providers and collaterals to increase access to care/promote ambulatory care.Facilitate new staff orientation groups.Work with the training coordinator to ensure clinicians are trained in Evidence-based Based PracticesParticipate in back-up on-call rotation.Carry a caseload as assigned. 10 hours a week or 1 weekly group.Perform other duties as required.About the model: Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services provides adults and youth with onsite and community-based outpatient behavioral health therapy, mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and psychopharmacology including medication-assisted treatments. Trainings are offered by Vinfen upon hire.Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid United States driver's license for at least 6 months and have access to an insured, reliable vehicle.Must be able to successfully pass a multistate CORI, SORI, reference check, employment verification, education and credentialing background check.USD $85,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
