MarinoWARE’s national strength, responsive collaboration, and personalized local solutions offer a level of service and quality that our professional customers find invaluable!The Outside Sales Representative will cultivate and grow key relationships with customers and prospective customers, including drywall subcontractors, project engineers, and architects, to drive market share and profitable revenue growth in keeping with Company objectives.In charge of the North Carolina and South Carolina territory.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 4 years of success selling construction or related building products to contractors, distributors, architects and engineers in a fast paced, results driven, just in time service environmentKnowledge of blue prints, architectural specifications/design, structural engineering and construction management strongly preferredSuccess selling cold-formed steel highly desirableA voracious competitive spirit, strategic mindset, the ability to engage and positively impact individuals/groups and superior communications/presentation skillsStrong service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships both internally and externallyAbility to travel extensively daily and some overnight travel required; must have a valid and clean driver's license80k-110k within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements.
