Location: 90-95% Remote- must be willing to work EST Time ZoneJob Type: Full Time / PermanentWork Authorization: No C2C or SponsorshipA.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for direct hire Cerner Integration Architect. This position will be 90-95% remote with planned trips to corporate for departmental meetings and go lives.Conducts design architect reviews, gap analysis, and assessmentsFacilitates between different SME (Subject Matter Experts) and technical teams to come to a strong solution and services architecturePrepares content and presents solutions and services capabilities of the clinical electronic health record for clinicians at all levelsResponsible for the overall core architecture of Cerner Solutions and its integration pointsUnderstands the customer’s integrated business needs, system functionality across the entire product suite and business processes to architect the design to achieve business objectivesIndependently or as member of team scopes implementation and integration efforts through an accurate task analysis and work effort analysisNavigates competing projects to ensure domain strategy is soundPerforms all phases of the System Design Life Cycle including implementation, integration and regression testing, user acceptance, deployment, maintenance, and support of clinical electronic health recordMentor, direct, and train staff and perform as the clinical workflow leadersCollaborates within I/S Department (and other relevant departments) to ensure successful maintenance & implementationMakes recommendations and oversees the implementation of changes in the EHR, including upgrades and customizationReview business requirements and create technical requirements documentation. Ability to take technical documents and translate them into lay termsDesign and implement the change management processTroubleshoot issues related to workflow adoption, and clinical issues related to poorly designed workflows that lead to incidents. Works with multiple cross functional teams to drive problems to resolutionProvide 24 x 7 support of all Millennium environments and Implement Monitoring as requiredEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification or equivalent experience10 years of related information technology or clinical technical support experiencePreferred minimum of 8 years with electronic health record or other clinical software applicationsPreferred experience as an integration architect with a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcareExperience with project management methodology Proficiency in implementing reliable, complex, secure, high performance and scalable solutions from design to productionAbility to multi-task, handling multiple tasks and priorities at a time o Detail oriented Experience with multiple Cerner modules Basic Cerner CCL skills Basic Cerner Revenue cycle module experience Experience with MS Office; Excel, Word & PowerPoint; Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio Ability to draft accurate documentation in both technical and non-technical termsAbility to lead and participate in high performing teams
