Fabrication and Assembly Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer of custom heavy haul trailers, is seeking a Fabrication and Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Fabrication and Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of high-quality trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Fabrication and Assembly Technician Location: Manchester, IA Shift: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00/hour What's the Job? + Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders. + Prepare work by gathering parts, tools, and materials. + Install and assemble components using templates, measurements, and hand tools. + Verify completed components meet specifications using measuring tools. + Operate and adjust machinery and equipment as needed.
