And through our network of 38 offices spanning five continents, we can deliver for our customers anywhere around the globe.Duties for the General Managerwill includeallocatingbudget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations,monitoring,and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors,hiring,and training employees,identifyingbusiness opportunities, andmonitoringfinancialactivities.Supervisory responsibilitiesManagement and supervision of all staff within assignedlocation.Essential functionsDevelop forecasts, financialobjectivesand business plans for alldepartments.Manage budget andallocatefundsappropriately.Bring out the best in branch personnel byprovidingongoing training, coaching,development,andmotivation.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective action to meet challenges and leverage growthopportunity.Share knowledge with other branches andleadershipon effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities andneeds.Address and resolve client and employee satisfaction issuespromptly.Adhere to high ethicalstandards andcomply withall regulations/applicablelaws.Consistently meet deadlinesestablishedby direct supervisor orabove.Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch andcompany.Stayabreastof competing markets andprovidereports on market movement andpenetration.Report directly to Market Operations VP on all issues and needs within branch.Perform other duties as assigned bysupervisor.Other dutiesAbility to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays, whenneeded.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum 5-7years’ success supervising operations teams of30or morestaffStrongtrack recordof effectively leading teams to obtain desired businessresults.History of developing others into leadership positionsMust have a strong work ethic and show proven metrics forsuccess.History of implementing change managementLean/Continuous improvement experience is aplus.Goal driven, “can do” mentality; willing to jump in and work hard-- lead byexample.Experience with A/V video equipment and productionpreferred.Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multipleprojects.CompetenciesProvenleadershipskills in a time pressured environmentAbility to interact with customers on a professional level.Mustpossessexcellent interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication.
