SANE (RN)

USD $28.98/Hr.USD $43.47/Hr.Hours vary. PRN requirement: 36 hours per 6 weeks, Weekend requirement: 16 hours over 3 monthsOperates within Memorial Health Systems mission, vision, goals and objectives. Provides specialized care, examination, and treatment to sexual assault survivors. Openly collaborates across professions within and beyond MHS to meet individualized patient needs. Engages in continuing education to stay up to date on current legislation and evidence-based practice.Education:· Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.Licensure/Certification/Registry:· Current licensure as an R.N. in the State of Illinois.· Completion of the Illinois SANE-A or SANE P clinical requirements within 12 months of hire and approval from the Illinois Attorney General office.· IAFN SANE board certification (SANE-A or SANE-P) preferred.Experience:· Two (2) years’ direct care experience in emergency, critical care, and/or maternal child health is required.Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:· Excellent verbal communication skills is required.· Ability to work across multiple sites of care required.· Interprofessional relationships
