Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in the Glen Burnie, MD area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Pipefitter eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope: Install and work with PVC piping, copper pipe, grooved pipe, carbon steel, and stainless steel pipingFit, grind, bevel, cut, lay out, and assemble various piping systemsWork on storm drains and underground utilitiesTest piping systems for safety, leaks, and functionalityDiagnose and repair pipe system malfunctionsInstall, modify, and repair fluid systemsRebuild and maintain various types of pumpsOccasionally operate forklifts and other equipmentPerform other tasks as neededPrevious experience in pipefitting (industrial or commercial preferred)Proficiency with tools and techniques related to pipe installation and repairMust have own tools for the tradeAbility to read and interpret piping schematics and construction drawingsReliable transportationTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
