This role ensures compliance with medication protocols and participates in audits and performance improvement activities. The technician documents medication administration and patient observations accurately while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards. They assist in training new staff, attend team meetings, and support overall clinical operations. Additional duties include equipment handling, supply management, and floating to various patient care areas as needed.Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervisionMonitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalitiesParticipate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processesMaintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory complianceFloat between units, assist team members, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards-The candidate must have an active CMT/KMA license registered with the KY Board of Nursing.
