Join a team where your skills are appreciated and your future is taken seriously.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, DEF systems, clutches, transmissions, exhaust systems, and electrical componentsExecute preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles meet high safety and performance standardsWork closely with team members and communicate effectively with supervisorsMaintain high standards for quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For:A or B-level technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel diagnostics and repairStrong skills in electrical, engine, and transmission systemsStable work history and a track record of reliability and responsibilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA commitment to quality work and continuous improvementBenefits:Highly competitive hourly pay: $22.00 - $40.00/hour based on skill level and productionMonday-Friday work schedule (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with optional overtimeComprehensive medical and dental benefits401(k) with 3% company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysAnnual reviews and income advancement opportunitiesA supportive, team-oriented shop environment with real room for growthUSD $22.00 - USD $40.00 /Yr.
