Warehouse Analyst

The Warehouse Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role works closely with warehouse staff, supply chain teams, and management to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely reporting, and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.Analyze inventory levels, material movements, and warehouse performance metricsMaintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipmentsIdentify trends, discrepancies, and inefficiencies in warehouse processesDevelop and generate regular reports for internal stakeholdersSupport implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) or process improvementsCollaborate with warehouse teams to ensure adherence to inventory control proceduresAssist with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventoryMonitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and space utilizationRecommend process enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiencyBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or data analysis roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus
