Building Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Whiteville, NC. This is a first shift opportunitywith a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Install and maintain wiring, lighting, control systems, and conduit in residential/commercial buildings.Terminate panels, pull wire, and connect/disconnect circuits and components.Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.Analyze upcoming tasks to ensure the right tools, equipment, and procedures are prepared.Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA and client-specific standards.Provide support to other team members and maintain tools and equipment.Enforce job site safety regulations and company protocols.Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and safely.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience or completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license.In-depth knowledge of Electrical principles, systems, wiring, National Electrical Code (NEC), Construction safety standardsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.Basic knowledge of fire alarm system installation and maintenance.Experience with electrical tools, control systems, and motor wiring.Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
