Facility Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facility Mainteancne Technicians for projects located in and around Schnecksville, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Facility Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!Job Scope:Inspect and maintain machinery, equipment, buildings, and HVAC systemsPerform routine cleaning and sanitizingMake minor repairs to locks, faucets, windows, cabinets, and other fixturesConduct basic carpentry (e.g., repair bulletin boards, paint, install shelves)Assist electricians and carpenters with maintenance tasksMaintain campus grounds: mow lawns, trim bushes, replace exterior light bulbsTroubleshoot issues reported by faculty and staffConduct basic plumbing: repair/install faucets, drinking fountains, and fixturesPerform routine maintenance like filter changes and minor troubleshootingHelp maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment used in daily operationsSupport seasonal landscaping and general upkeep effortsRequirements:Prior maintenance experience in a commercial, institutional, or educational settingBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systemsAbility to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license preferredTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
