OVERVIEWThe Real Estate Program/Finance Department of the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota invites applications on an ongoing basis for our pool of potential adjunct instructors. Adjunct appointments are without tenure and are not tenure-track appointments. Adjunct instructors may be hired as needed to teach one or multiple classes on a semester-by-semester basis.This posting is for a pooled, adjunct faculty position for continuous recruitment. Review of candidates is typically done three times annually - spring, summer and fall.Salary Range:$3,951-$5,065 per course (1.5 and 2-credit courses)$5,977-$7,598 per course (3 and 4-credit courses)As an adjunct faculty member in the Real Estate Program, your primary responsibility will be to teach undergraduate courses. The department offers a variety of courses in real estate at the undergraduate level.We welcome candidates with expertise in all areas of commercial real estate, including Market Research & Analysis, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance & Investments, Real Estate Law, Property Management, Appraisal, Construction Project Management, Real Estate Principles, and other real estate courses as needed. Faculty will be required to teach in-person at either the Minneapolis or St. Paul campuses. Classes are held during the Fall (Sep-Dec) or Spring (Feb-May) semesters and may be held during the daytime or evening hours.The Opus College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International.
