Our client in Rice Lake is seeking a Roofers/Laborers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior roofing or construction experience, a willingness to learn and be a team player. Job Title: Roofer/Laborer Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr What's the Job? + Install roofing or HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards. + Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. + Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. What's Needed? + Previous experience in roofing or related construction field preferred. + Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights. + Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
