Process Engineer

Job Title: Process EngineerJob Description The Process Engineer will participate in new product launches and support existing production lines. This role involves designing tooling, jigs, and fixtures, as well as troubleshooting process issues. Responsibilities + Participate in new product launches. + Support existing production lines. + Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures. + Troubleshoot process issues. Essential Skills + 3+ years of manufacturing experience. + Strong manufacturing background . + Understanding of lean methodologies. + Experience in automotive manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree preferred. + Experience with PFMEA and knowledge of failure mode and risk analysis. + Experience with automation strongly preferred. + Experience in rubber manufacturing. Work Environment The facility is clean, well-kept, and well-lit. The role requires a 50/50 split between floor and desk work. Benefits are provided. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Offers full benefits including health, dental, vision and 401k as well as paid holidays and PTO.
