Summary of Objective:Conducts sampling and testing of production environments, and/orfacility clean utilities, as per approved procedures. Performs Lab workand other tasks as assigned by management. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essentialduties and responsibilities include the following but other duties maybe assigned. Perform routine Environmental Monitoring of the classifiedclean rooms Monitor classified clean rooms during manufacturingoperations, must gown qualify Sample and test the Water for InjectionSystem, USP Purified Water systems and Clean Steam systems; perform anddocument plate reads for all environmental and utility testing withminimal supervision Write and execute protocols/experiments/SOPs underlimited supervision Reviews work of peers and SOP document changes underlimited supervision May assist senior staff in preparation ofinvestigations, reports and execution of complex protocols Visualinspection of media fill vials and plates Perform general labmaintenance/housekeeping Training of staff in routine processes Otherduties as assigned Special Demands: The physical demands described hereare representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
