Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient plant processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, effective leadership abilities, and solid computer skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Newberry, NC Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Shift: 1st and 3rd shift, 7-7, 2/2/3 schedule What's the Job? + Ensure all associates are trained in safe practices and verify compliance with safety protocols. + Monitor and maintain all processes and running conditions to specified limits to ensure quality. + Consistently meet or exceed production targets while managing work in process effectively. + Enforce company policies and manage associate scheduling and evaluations. + Investigate and recommend methods for ongoing improvement relating to safety, quality, and productivity. What's Needed? + At least 2 years of post-secondary education. + 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Proficient computer skills. + Must be able to obtain a passport.
