Hereu2019s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer with expert-level proficiency in Python and machine learning to guide our AI initiatives and mentor a talented engineering team. As a technical leader, you will architect and oversee the development of innovative AI solutions, ensuring best practices and high standards across all projects. Key Responsibilities u25cf Architect, design, and lead the development of advanced machine learning models and AI systems using Python. u25cf Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. u25cf Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles: from data collection and preprocessing, through model development, to deployment and monitoring. u25cf Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define AI strategy and translate business objectives into technical solutions. u25cf Establish and enforce best practices for coding, model validation, versioning, and reproducibility. u25cf Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables. u25cf Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
