And weu2019re growing The Role Our Communications Transformation group is looking for a Consulting Principal to join our journey. Weu2019re looking for Consulting Principals who can deliver within Cognizantu2019s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. At the Associate Director Level , this means overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. If you have experience with the above, are a selfless leader, and are committed to client-facing environment; if you want to grow your career with a team that wants to build something great together, we want to hear from you Apply now Responsibilities u00b7 Serve as the Engagement Lead and manage teams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers for one or more commercial projects to ensure effective negotiations, well-aligned solution-delivery-to-plan, clear engagement governance accountabilities, profitability, and overall client satisfaction u00b7 Enrich client partnering and anticipate client needs based on a solid understanding of emerging industry requirements and/or technological breakthroughs in the communications industry u00b7 Ensures the appropriate alignment and collaboration of consulting teams and individuals to support project requirements and activities in the focus area and within larger Cognizant and client ecosystems; u00b7 Serve as a people leader, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and mentorship of your colleagues in Consulting; participate in people development and community-building activities u00b7 Guide development, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews; u00b7 Advocate for and establish appropriate recognition for Consulting within projects, and negotiate applicable consultant rates in project sizing that correspond to the value Consultants contribute to engagements; u00b7 Develop and manage the capture, communication, and sharing of intellectual property (IP) and project artifacts for a focus area, domain area, or practice management area; u00b7 Exercise leadership in the development of Consulting service offerings; u00b7 Leverage collegial networks across Cognizant (e.g., sales, service line community, offshore delivery) and externs partners to innovate solutioning or resolve issues; and u00b7 Support and contribute to the establishment of thought leadership in the industry, to promote Cognizantu2019s brand and to drive additional opportunities for Cognizant. Qualifications u00b7 10 + years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client-facing capacity serving and leading external client engagements u00b7 A proven track record in a client-facing role with at least 2 of which (though ideally more) are leading digital technology team u00b7 Experience in successfully developing and leading consultant teams in consultant tasks (e.g., planning, task structuring, analysis, solution delivery) u00b7 Strong Telecommunications services and sales experience as a consultant in a large consulting firm u00b7 Candidate must be local to the Denver area and be comfortable coming to offices in Denver in a hybrid work model u00b7 Excellent consulting and sales skills including ability to frame and present solutions to business problems, and engage with customers on a broad range of business discussions u00b7 Exceptional relationship building skills especially with clients in the Atlanta area u2013 ability to work and build relationships with new clients or leverage existing relationships u00b7 Technical undergrad with MBA preferred although not required for the right candidate u00b7 Experience with working a dynamic consulting multi-tiered environment handling different challenges seamlessly u00b7 Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes u00b7 The embodiment of Cognizantu2019s Core Values of: Start with a point of view; Seek data, build knowledge; Always strive, never settle; Work as one; Create conditions for everyone to thrive; Do the right thing, the right way. Work Authorization u00b7 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 6th, 2025.The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 - $193,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
