SUMMARY: The Scrum Master will be afacilitator and coach to the software development teams and an agileadvocate to the team scrum masters, project managers, and engineeringleadership. The Scrum Master will assist the Product Owner and ProductManagement in creation and maintenance of high-quality team backlogs,support project managers and teams in creation of project schedules,remove impediments in execution of the project, and provide regularmonitoring of team velocity, project progress, and process improvement.The initial responsibility for this position is to facilitate dailystand-ups, weekly coordination meetings between teams, and sprintceremonies, with responsibilities increasing to lead quarterly ProgramIncrement planning, identify, train and mentor team scrum masters, andfoster a culture of agile process excellence.
