Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:- Greet and welcome members/guests upon arrival to the club.- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.- Informs all golfers of policies pertaining to course conditions, care of the course, pin locations, etc.- Directs start of play when necessary.- Ensures each group conforms to all rules and policies set forth by the club.- Supplies all groups with pertinent information, tees, repair tools, pace of play requirements, towels, etc.- Logs all players by name and cart number, actual time of tee off, the time each group makes the turn and finish times.- Communicates with the pro shop and fellow team members as to any changes in the tee sheet or no shows.- Maintains accurate records of all golf club rentals and that they are returned in complete sets.- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.- Performs other duties as required by the pro shop/management.Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:- One month related experience or training.Other Qualifications:- Dependable, regular and reliable attendance.- Works well in a team environment
