We take care of our team, support each other and cultivate a sense of belonging for all.When your actions lead to success:Set up orders in an efficient manner to sustain production standards and to maintain production schedules issued to the manufacturing areasSetup/clean parts for the presses to change over jobs.Assist press crew in the changing of repair or replacements. Check daily press schedules and provide input toManufacturing Supervisors and Scheduling. Follow Manufacturing and Company policies and procedures.Retrieve/Put away sleeves from carousels properlyClean and inspect sleeve and platesClean parts including anilox rolls, platesInspect parts for wear and complete proper documentation to repair or replace partsVerify the appropriate level of raw material is available at pressAid in make readies on the press - helps both the 1st Operator and Second OperatorComplete the necessary audit forms for industrial motorized vehiclesMaintain press cleanliness by performing necessary housekeeping tasks. Utilize scheduled and unscheduled downtime to clean production areas and equipment.
